WebAssign users experienced intermittent errors and slow performance when accessing the system from approximately 9:10 p.m. to 10:46 p.m. ET. To properly diagnose the issue, it was necessary to take the entire system offline from approximately 10:47 p.m. to 11:32 p.m. ET. WebAssign engineers identified an issue with the primary database server and service was restored to normal at 11:32 p.m. ET.
