ORDERING ACCESS CODE CARDS
Access Code Purchases for Non-Cengage Course Materials
If you are a bookstore interested in purchasing access code cards for a class that is not using a Cengage textbook, please complete and submit our Bookstore Order Form for a price quote on access card orders. As of April 1, 2018, we can only process orders with even quantities. Please note that prices are subject to change between the time that quotes are issued and the order is placed.
We are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET to respond to order form requests and answer questions. We ship Priority Mail unless a customer requests and pays for expedited shipping.
Access Code Purchases for Cengage Course Materials
If you need access code cards for a class using a Cengage textbook (including Brooks/Cole, Houghton-Mifflin, and Wadsworth), you must order the codes directly from Cengage.

Returns
Cards are eligible for a complete refund as long as they are unopened and returned within 1 year of the original invoice date. Returned cards must include our completed form or your own documentation with the following information:
- School name
- Bookstore name
- Contact name
- Email address
- Address to send refund
- Six digit WebAssign invoice number
- WebAssign invoice date
- Quantity being returned
- Dollar amount per card
- Total refund amount
- ISBN number
- Description/title of card
- Chargeback number
- Reason for return
You will receive a check with your refund within 45 days of receipt of return.
